Refund policy

 

Jewelry - We offer clients the necessary information to take care of their pieces. Our jewelry has no money back. If the jewel arrive broken, the customer can return it for exchange or store credit. The customer has 7 days from the day it was delivered, to contact us. 

Orders placed during the month of December will not be exchanged for size or any other reason.

Clothes, Handbags and other Accessories (no jewelry)- For size issues or If the item arrived damaged or broken, the customer has 7 days from the day it was delivered, to contact us. Store credit or size change will be offered. No money back.

* Items on sale or purchased with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned (will not be exchanged for size or any other reason).

 

Return instructions:
- Send an email to info@keepglam.com

We will send the return address and corresponding details. The customer must pay the shipping of the return package.

- Send the piece in the original jewelry pouch in which it was received. This is not necessary for handbags.

Cancelations:

The customer has 2 hours to cancel the order. After that time no cancellations will be accepted. 

NOTE: Make sure you enter your address correctly, we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
